The Ellis family is doing an amazing job out in Gray Court raising pasture raised sheep, pigs, lamb, cattle, chickens, turkeys, etc. You can order online and he is always at the Simpsonville farmer's market. Classic butcher cuts and value added items like sausages available. They also have outstanding chicken and duck eggs for sale.
I'll never go back to Butterball. This year was my nineteenth in a row making turkey for Thanksgiving--my favorite day to cook, which is one of my favorite things to do--and my first with a turkey from Bethel Trails. It was like night and day, the difference.
