Kalua Pork
Modified from Nom Nom Paleo. Try it with lettuce or on bread. You can add BBQ sauce, but it isn’t necessary. Just be careful, this one is addictive!

Instructions
  1. Line bottom of slow cooker with bacon
  2. Make 5 slits in the roast and slide 1 clove of garlic into each slit
  3. Place roast in slow cooker, fat side up
  4. Sprinkle on salt
  5. Cook on low for 16 hours
  6. Shred and place back in slow cooker, stirring to absorb juices
